At Dread or Dead Surf School, our story began more than 25 years ago, and it’s built on passion, local roots, and a shared love for the ocean.

Heading out for Surf Tours Barbados can be thrilling, but nothing kills the vibe faster than realizing you’ve forgotten a key item. Over the years at Dread or Dead Surf School, we’ve seen it happen more than once — from missing rash guards to leaving the sunscreen behind. Slather it generously before heading out and reapply after every session. We once had a beginner forget sunscreen, and by lunchtime, their back looked like a lobster! Lesson learned: never underestimate the sun.
